Level I (Basic)
This class is for women and young ladies ages 15 & older.
This valuable seminar will cover the following:

Level II (Intermediate)
This class is for women ages 18 & older (ages 15 - 17 with parent's permission) who have successfully completed the Level I workshop.
This important seminar will cover the following:

Refresher - A brief repeat of the techniques taught in the Level I class to increase your retention rate on basic skills

Reality Training Drills - circumstances and situations will be explored in reality-based drills and simulations

New & More Advanced Trigger Point Techniques
