http://www.littledragon.free.fr Francois Arambel is a close friend of mine who trained with me at the Wing Chun Do center under Sijo James DeMile.  He comes to visit about once a year, but if you get a chance to visit France he is worth the visit.  He is not only an accomplished martial artist but a great blues singer as well!  (aka Frank Blackfield)  He is a straight-forward kind of guy who will get the job done.  He was demonstrating some kicking protection one day, and the guy kicking at him was dancing around and zippin' here and there, while Francois was just standing there watching, and finally broke out in to a jig!  And, said... "are we going to dance or fight?"  We all got a chuckle out of it, but you can see the straight-forward teaching and fighting in him at all times.   Explore Bothell! Tucked away between the trees, a bit north of Seattle, you will find the quaint town of Bothell.
