LIL' NINJAS

Life Skills Program For Kids

Ages 3 1/2 to 5. This class is the foundation for future development of children. In this class, we focus on hand-to-eye coordination and awareness. By using distraction techniques and a fast-paced class, we achieve a fun and safe environment, allowing us to sneak in valuable life skills.

Some of the skills taught are how to use words like:

  • Respect
  • Confidence
  • Patience
  • Focus
  • Using fun games ingrains newly-learned abilities and helps to build good habits. Student Creed

  • I will strive to achieve my personal best.
  • To use the Martial Arts to help my-self and my fellow man.
  • To never be abusive and only use my skills for self-defense.

    Kung Fu Class Ages 6-12. Our focus in this class is on the development of basic martial arts techniques and physical habits. We accomplish this by using a unique program teaching a few basic techniques that they can become very good at. This helps develop strong physical growth while instilling a strong sense of discipline and consistency.

    The late Bruce Lee found it was better to become a master of a few techniques that fit your body type than confuse it with many techniques or try to be like someone else. We also bring the training home and to school so parents and teachers can keep up on important habits like chores and homework. It is easy to see why the Dragon's Lair is the choice for teaching your child self-protection and life skills.

    JR. ADULTS

    Ages 13-18. Our focus in this class is on helping young adults through the awkward change from childhood to adulthood. A solid stretching program helps elongate muscles for their adult physique. At the same time develops fine motorskills to help fine-tune their martial arts skills. This program is invaluable in the growth of young teens; both young women and men.

  • This class offers a great cardio and toning workout. A combination of stretching, abdomen, bagwork, kicks, and punching is a great way to exercise and feel better about yourself.
