Fitness Kickboxing/Aerobics


Fitness Kickboxing Aerobics offers a great cardio and toning workout.  A combination of stretching, abdomen, bagwork, kicks, and punching is a great way to exercise and feel better about yourself.  No matter what your physical ability is, this class offers a range from beginner to advanced.

Class Times:

Mon/Wed/Fri  5:30pm - 6:30pm
 

Adults  (18+)

Jr. Adults  (ages 13-18)

Juniors  (ages 6 - 12)

Lil' Ninjas  (ages 3 1/2 - 5)

Black Belt Club (invitation only)

Fight Club/Mixed Martial Arts
