Fitness Kickboxing Aerobics

This class offers a great cardio and toning workout.  A combination of stretching, abdomen, bagwork, kicks, and punching is a great way to exercise and feel better about yourself.  No matter what your physical ability is, this class offers a range from beginner to advanced.

Class Times: Mon/Wed/Fri  5:30pm - 6:30pm

                  

 

Personal Training

The Dragon's Lair offers private personal training and conditioning programs.
